Harnessing the power of instant messaging and picture app Snapchat, we created a new tool to help Queensland Police locate missing persons, with the general public playing a vital role. By generating real-time urgency around images of missing teenagers, 94% of alerts assisted in a missing person being found. Recognised most notably with a Bronze Lion, Silver at Spikes and Oneshow.
